Made of black silk chiffon it has a decidedly female, romantic feel and takes the concept of the little black dress to new levels! The silk has a slight texture to it and it is fully lined in a tissue silk all hand finished to perfection. It feel wonderful when worn! The bodice is simply cut which allows the extravagant ruffles to take centre stage. The V neckline as a dramatic ruffle that
